Sources of Vitamins
The most common believe is that fruits and vegetables are the main sources of vitamins what is only partly true. Fruits and vegetables are important sources of many vitamins, however, alone fruits and vegetables do not provide sufficient source of all vitamins which are essential for maintenance of normal health.

The majority of fruits, vegetables and other foods which are the natural sources of vitamins and are being purchased at the stores originate from industrial farms and plantations which are predominantly oriented in quantity. Thus foods, fruits and vegetables bought at the store often lack adequate amount of vitamins.
To ensure the necessary amount of vitamins can be also used variety of vitamin supplements which provide the adequate daily amount of vitamins. However, by use of vitamin supplements it is very important to precisely follow the instructions for use.
